Returns and Refunds

Customers can submit return requests only for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled. Exchanges cannot be requested in self-serve return requests. Please email us to initiate an exchange.

Submit a return request

  1. Click the profile icon in our store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
  2. Log in to your account: Log In | Account
  3. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  6. On the order list page, click the three dots and then "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for. If you are looking at a specific order status page click "Manage" in the upper right corner and then click "Request return".
  7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  9. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. We may reach out to request additional information via email before approving or declining the request. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. You may provide your own shipping label or purchase one from us. After the product is returned and inspected to be in original / new condition, you receive a refund. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be assessed unto a 15% restocking fee.
