Shipping Policies

In stock orders will be shipped within 2-4 business of receiving your order.  Pre-ordered items will ship on or before the estimate ship date given on the product page.  

We ship to domestic U.S. addresses via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground.  USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground is used as a default for most small orders.

We offer worldwide shipping to international addresses via UPS and DHL Express.  All customers outside of the U.S. will be charged applicable taxes and customs duties at checkout to make your receiving your order as hassle-free as possible.

T-Shirt Shipping

Please note that if you place a combined frame and t-shirt order then by default the cheapest and slowest shipping option will be selected for the frames.  It's recommend that customers place a separate order for t-shirts so that they have the full range of shipping options for frames.  All t-shirts are fulfilled directly by the garment printer and will not ship with frame orders.

Shipping Notification

When your order ships you will received an automated confirmation email with the tracking number.  This email gets generated when the shipping label is created so you may not see tracking information updated on the carrier's website until the next business day.  If you receive a shipping confirmation email after 10:00 am PST on Friday there is a good chance that your shipment may not be picked up and scanned by the carrier until Monday.

How much will shipping cost?

Add a product to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.  Once you enter your shipping address you will be presented with shipping options and pricing.

How much will duties and taxes cost for international orders?

Customers will be shown and charged all applicable taxes and duties at checkout based on your ship-to location and the value of items in the order.  This streamlines the shipping process for our international customers since all fees are pre-paid.
