Ride height difference between the Endless 100 RB and Endless 100

The Endless 100 RB frame is exactly 4 mm taller than the original Endless 100.  This allows it to fit 165 mm mounting, and thus be compatible with a greater range of boots than the Endless 100.  The added height also means that fitting 3x125 may be possible on many popular boots from FR Skates and Rollerblade.
