Edit or Cancel my order
If your order has not shipped yet, it maybe be possible for us to edit or cancel your order. There are multiple ways to do this. The first three options are self-service and will be the fastest ways to address your request.
Edit/Cancel from the Order Status Page
On the Order Status page there will be buttons for Edit and Cancel. You can access this page at the final stage of checkout or through links in your Order Confirmation Email. If you click either button your original order will be cancelled and refunded. When you click Edit, the original cart will be reloaded and you’ll be able to add or remove items from the cart, or change quantities. You will need to complete checkout again and submit payment for us to receive the edited order.
Edit/Cancel from Order History Page
If you log into your store account you’ll see your Order History. There will be links next to each order for Edit and Cancel. If you click either button your original order will be cancelled and refunded. When you click Edit, the original cart will be reloaded and you’ll be able to add or remove items from the cart, or change quantities. You will need to complete checkout again and submit payment for us to receive the edited order.
Edit/Cancel from the links in Order Confirmation Email
Click the links for Edit or Cancel at the bottom of your original Order Confirmation Email. If you click either link your original order will be cancelled and refunded. When you click Edit, the original cart will be reloaded and you’ll be able to add or remove items from the cart, or change quantities. You will need to complete checkout again and submit payment for us to receive the edited order.
