Why was my order cancelled

If you place an order and 24 hours later your order was surprisingly cancelled this may mean that your order was flagged by Shopify as a potential high fraud risk. We have an automation place that cancels all credit card authorizations that are flagged for high fraud risk. This can happen if credit cards are known to be compromised/stolen, or if there are discrepancies between the billing information entered and what's on file with your bank.

If you feel that your order was wrongly cancelled and would like to resubmit your order, please email us for help and we can make sure your order goes through manually. We apologize for any inconvenience if this happens with your order. We take fraud seriously and want to protect both our customers and ourselves.
